7 year guarantee - Our bathrooms have a 7 year workmanship guarantee. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs due to our workmanship, we will rectify that problem at no cost to you
Itemised Fixed Price Quote & HIA Contract –A detailed quote and HIA contract is signed before work starts so you know what will be delivered and the total cost
Design Advice – Our licensed builders can provide construction expertise to help you design your ‘perfect’ bathroom. For more complex bathrooms we can work with your preferred designer.
Product Selection–By offering a range of product packages we take the stress out of choosing from the overwhelming variety of products & suppliers on the market. With our packages you benefit receiving quality products at discounted from our suppliers. If you choose to purchase your products elsewhere please note all products need to be onsite before the start date.
Property Protection & Daily Clean Up - We remove your old bathroom and accessories, provide floor protection, and clean up daily making renovating ‘stress free’
On-Site Project Manager – A dedicated project manager will coordinate the project from start to finish. This includes organising all trade works including carpentry, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering and painting
We Communicate – We agree on a communication plan before the job commences. This means our clients dictate how and when they are kept informed from start to finish. Of course during the project your dedicated project manager will be your ‘single’ of contact
We’re Insured – We hold BSA (Building Services Australia) insurance meaning the project and your home will be covered throughout the renovation
